VivaBem Terapia Infantil
VivaBem is a pediatric therapy clinic run by Brenda, an occupational therapist. I designed its brand identity, front desk wall included.
The context
Better care than
the brand showed
Brenda started VivaBem so kids would feel at home there. The old brand didn't show any of that and made the clinic look like any other kids' space. The trust Brenda earns in sessions only showed up after the first appointment.
See it live
The challenge
Playroom
or hospital
Two very different people look at a pediatric clinic's brand: the kid, who needs to find it fun, and the parent, who's trusting someone with their child. A lot of clinics pick one side and end up looking like a playroom or a hospital.
What I did
The questions
came first
Before drawing anything, I worked out what sets Brenda apart, what VivaBem actually promises and what a parent needs to feel the first time they see the brand. Those answers led to the symbol, a heart held by two hands. The name pairs a solid VIVA with a bem in script, the type is round and easy to read, and the palette runs from the symbol's lilac to pink and light blue.
The outcome
Care before the
first visit
I made the brand work for Instagram, the clinic's printed materials and the front desk wall, where the name sits in pink on blue. The idea is that parents feel VivaBem's care before they ever talk to Brenda.

In one line
“A children's clinic has two clients: the kid, who has to like it, and the parents, who have to trust it. The brand talks to both.”
