JetMeet
I designed the site for JetMeet, which meets and escorts travelers at the airport. Every button opens a WhatsApp chat with them.
The context
Visitors didn't
understand it
JetMeet meets and escorts travelers at the airport on arrivals, departures and connections, and helps with paperwork or when something goes wrong. The service worked, but people who opened the site couldn't tell right away what it was, who it was for or why it was worth the price.
See it live
The challenge
A lot to show
and no order
There was a lot to show, and without an order the page turned into an endless list. Two kinds of visitors landed on the site, people just finding out about JetMeet and people ready to book, and as it was, neither one found what they needed.
What I did
From what it is
to how to book
I started with the order of the page: what JetMeet solves, who it's for, what's included and how to book. Each section explains a bit more than the last, and the services are split into arrivals, departures, connections and extras. JetMeet takes bookings over WhatsApp, like most small businesses in Brazil, so the buttons show up where it makes sense to decide and open a chat.
The outcome
One page that
works for both
The site is live at jetmeetvip.com. A new visitor reads it top to bottom and understands the service without a sales call. Someone who's already decided taps a button and lands in a chat with JetMeet, with no form in between.

In one line
“People booking an airport VIP service decide fast. The site shows the service in seconds and takes them straight to WhatsApp.”
