Privacy
I'm Mateus Cremon, owner of Cremon Studio, and I'm the one responsible for the data on this site. This page explains what happens to what you send through the contact form.
What gets stored
What you write in the form: your name, your company, the contact info you leave, and your message about the project. I also keep the date your message arrived.
What I use it for
To read your request, reply, and, after we talk, send you a proposal. That's the only thing this data is for, and I don't sell it or pass it on to anyone.
I work from Brazil, so this site follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). The LGPD allows this use when you're the one who asks to be contacted before a possible contract (Article 7, item V).
Where it's kept
In an online database service called Supabase. The data stays there until you ask me to delete it, and you can ask at any time.
Cookies and ads
This site doesn't use tracking cookies and doesn't show ads.
How to ask me to delete it
Send an email to the address on the contact page, and I'll delete what came from you.
At that same address, you can ask whether I have any of your data, get a copy of it, or have me correct anything that's wrong. The LGPD guarantees these rights in Article 18. If you feel I didn't resolve your request, you can file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
If anything changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
